Research & Restricted Drives

Important Notes

1. Only managed devices that satisfy the Endpoint Security Configuration are allowed to access a Restricted Drive share.  Users are not permitted to log into a Restrticted Drive share from a personal computer.
2. Access to Research and Restricted Drive requires SMPH VPN or a wired connection (onsite).  Users must first connect to our VPN if they are offsite or on WiFi.
3. If necessary, a Network Drive Access Request Form must be submitted for external collaborators and non-SMPH staff and faculty.
