Heri Boardroom (Room 101) – Microsoft Connect

1. If the projector screen is not lowered, use the control panel by the wall to lower it.
2. Power on the Projector by pointing the remote in it’s general direction and pressing the power button.
3. Press the 1 button on the white remote while pointing it at the projector, the display will switch to the Microsoft Connect screen.
4. On your computer, click on the action center in the bottom right corner. 
5. If the menu is not already expanded, click the expand button. 
6. Next, click on the button that says Connect towards the bottom right corner.
7. Select the MSWireless-Rm101 from the given options.

You should now see your computer displayed through the projector. If you run into any issues, please contact the HelpDesk in 1202. Please remember to turn off the projector when you are finished.
