If the projector screen is not lowered, use the control panel by the wall to lower it.
Power on the Projector by pointing the remote in it’s general direction and pressing the power button. Note: If the Apple TV isn’t on, you will need to turn it on by pointing the remote in the direction of the Apple TV (next to the projector) and pressing any button. You should see a light turn on the Apple TV box.
Press the 2 button on the white remote while pointing it at the projector, the display will switch to the AirPlay Screen.
Open the Airplay Menu by clicking the icon at the top of your screen as shown below. In the drop down menu, select Heri Boardroom on your computer. Note: You need to make sure that you are connected to the healthemotions Wi-Fi.
Enter the code that appears on the screen in order to connect.
