How to Connect to the Various Conference Devices

- First, you will need to head to the Help Desk Area in order to check out the equipment. Make sure your computer has a USB-A port, otherwise you will need an adapter from the help desk as well.
- After getting the equipment, you can take it to your conference room and plug it in. You will also want to check to see that the bottom has both the USB and power chord both connected.
- Once connected, launch your meeting app and choose the owl as your camera, microphone, and speaker. How to do this on the most commonly used meeting apps will be shown below
