Computer Purchase Request Form

This form is requesting a new computer to be purchased. Please keep in mind that purchases take approximately four weeks to fulfill, which includes the time for ordering, delivery, configuration, and installation of a new machine.

By default, we order devices from Apple and Dell since they are campus' primary vendors. There are other approved vendors, which means it is possible to place a request from a different manufacturer. Unfortunately, purchases through Amazon are discouraged campus-wide, due to security and potential fraud.

Note that all computer purchase requests are subject to review and submission of this form does not guarantee purchase.
