Computer Purchase Request Form

This form is for purchasing new computer hardware. Our vendors are Apple and Dell, and we receive reduced pricing (education pricing) on nearly all major items. Purchases outside these vendors is discouraged in order to avoid possible fraud or scams. In addition. We make every effort to purchase the exact item, however, specifications and hardware availability are subject to change without notice.

All computers have standard software installed, which is listed here. Beyond that, please note any special software should be specified below.

The entire purchasing process, from submitting this form to receiving the computer, can take up to four weeks. We will be in contact regarding the delivery and setup of a new computer.
