Initial Sign-In

Note: If you have not yet downloaded Jabber, a link to the Campus Software Center and instructions are included on the very bottom of this page

  • Launch Cisco Jabber and enter your credentials as netid@wisc.edu
  • This will redirect you to the campus log-in page, simply enter your NetID and Password and you will be logged into Jabber.

Download Cisco Jabber

The most up-to-date version of Cisco Jabber is available for download from UW-Madison Software Center. Simply click the link, select Campus Software Library and log-in with your NetID. From there, you just need to click on the Cisco package underneath the heading “Productivity,” download the Jabber installation file and install the software.

Note: If you are using a department owned device you will have to reach out to the HelpDesk in order to install Jabber
