What kind of sticker do I have?
There are two distinct types of stickers on laptops and desktop. Depending on what you see, you’ll contact either the Psychiatry Help Desk or University Hospital Information Services (UH IS). See the description and examples below.

Below is an example of the newly designed asset tags. The PSY-Name and QR codes are indicated by the green boxes:

In the example below, the red arrows indicate the phone number and email addresses. The blue arrows indicate the “PSY-Name,” which should be included when you submit a ticket in Navigator.
UH-themed stickers with bar codes:
On the other hand, the more colorful and much larger stickers (tags) can be found on UH-managed devices. In the example below “UWHealth” is circled and the phone number is indicated, which is (608) 265-7777, as shown below:
